Over the last two months, it’s safe to say companies have been amazed by what they’ve been able to achieve. Teams have been thrown into completely new ways of working and been asked to deliver complex projects in time frames they would have thought were impossible two months ago.
Now the dust has settled, companies are beginning to accept the fact that this may be the new normal and they’re now asking themselves “where do we go from here?”.
We have for a long time had a partnering relationship with Gravitas Recruitment, and on Wednesday 20th May, they are hosting a webinar, where we will be sharing our thoughts and ideas for life after lockdown, post COVID-19.
We have a clear view of how the sector has responded, and know what’s gone well, what’s not gone well, and where there needs to be a focus of efforts to ensure organisations are equipped to adapt to the “new normal” and be prepared the face the future.
The session will be an hour-long, beginning with a presentation, followed by a Q&A where you will get the opportunity to hear how other organisations have responded and share ideas for the future. This session will be relevant for many, however, it is primarily focused around the housing sector, councils and not for profit organisations.
